Discover the PROXIMO office complex

Proximo is a modern complex of two office buildings that combine aesthetics and functionality with technologically advanced systems which are meant to ensure the comfort of their tenants.  Its name alludes to Proxima Centauri, the nearest known star to the Sun, which perfectly emphasises the main advantages of the buildings – the proximity of the inner city centre and exceptional transport accessibility thanks to the station of the second line of Warsaw underground which is located nearby.

The office blocks were designed by Rolfe Judd architectural design studio and Pininfarina design studio. The main idea behind their design is to provide the tenants with an excellently located working environment in a convenient and user-friendly buildings while incorporating solutions that meet the highest standards for office space.


ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa

Proximo I was constructed at 68 Prosta Street in the immediate vicinity of the Daszyńskiego Rondabout. The thirteen floors of this modern office block feature a total of 28,402 sqm of retail and service space and a three-level underground car park equipped with 428 parking spaces. Guests, deliveries and taxis can also take advantage of numerous parking spaces. The office block is located in Warsaw’s Wola district and is available to its tenants from June 2016. Proximo I is an example of a conceptual building, in which the emphasis is put on issues related to environmental protection.

The second Proximo office building situated at 26 Przykopowa Street in Warsaw provides its tenants with 705 sqm of service space and 19,996 sqm of office space on 11 floors. This modern building features 217 parking spaces on two underground levels and 14 surface parking spaces. The office building was be delivered in Q4 2017. The office building was built in a way that minimises pollution by using environment-friendly construction materials and intelligent building management systems as well as reducing energy consumption.


Proximo is an office building complex situated in one of the most prominent locations in Warsaw’s Wola district. Its tremendous advantage is being located within 20 meters of the entrance to Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station, in the close proximity of bus and tram stops. Proximo’s location allows for quick access to Fast City Rail (SKM), Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) stations, main railway stations in Warsaw – Warszawa Centralna and Warszawa Zachodnia, as well as the international Warsaw Chopin Airport. Thanks to the well developed public transport network, Proximo allows for easier commute even in the peak hours. The Proximo complex is being constructed on the outskirts of the Central Business District, close to the Daszyńskiego Rondabout and the Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station, part of the second line of Warsaw underground. The complex will include two A-class office blocks. The first building located in Warsaw’s Wola district at 68 Prosta Street was delivered in June 2016, whereas the second office block situated at 26 Przykopowa Street is available to its tenants from 4Q 2017.

The Proximo office blocks feature 46,335 sqm of office space and 2650 sqm of retail and service space. The complex has a total of 645 parking places in an underground garage, as well as surface parking spaces for guests, deliveries and taxis. Cyclists can take advantage of secure bicycle racks, showers and changing rooms.
